Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy - There will be no refund and/cancellation allowed for payment made for any reservation and/or online booking.

Change of Date Policy - You are allowed to one (1) time change of date at least 14 days prior to your arrival date subject to availability of tent. In the event there is an increase of rate after the first reservation date, any change of date will only be allowed subject to availability of tent and top-up payment for the increased rate. Re-scheduling check-in/check-out dates shall be allowed subject to availability of Tent(s). A minimum of 14 Days advance notice is required, 20% Handling charges will be Chargeable. Less than 14 Days advance notice, a re-scheduling fee of 1 night Reservation rates will be chargeable.
